W2 Question

Hi,

I worked for a company for 6 months from Jan to July before they filed for bankruptcy. I am currently employed by another company. Now when I file for my taxes I am supposed to have 2 W-2's one from the present employer and another from the previous employer.

Since the first filed for bankruptcy, how will I get the W2 from them? Please advice whom do I contact and get information.

They are still supposed to give you W-2.
