Hi,
I have filed i-140 and I-485 concurrently in the second week of Sep. 2005(under NIW). Has anybody filed during this period got their I-140 approved? Please let me know. I got my fingerprinting done in the month of Oct. 2005. I hear people saying that before they are close to get their I-485 approved they will be asked for finger printing. I do not know how the entire process is going on USCIS.
