Visa for a Boxer?

Assistance would be highly appreciated!

I live in the U.S. and have a boxer in India who would like to come fight in the United States. Can he come to the United States and fight (this make money) with a B1 Visa?

Also, if he receives a B1 Visa, is he allowed to use it more than on one occasion?

If he cannot use the B1 to fight and make money, what type of Visa will he be using?

Also, can I filed the Visa for him? Or does he need to present it himself in India.

He can't come on B1 visa. He may need to come on Professional athlete visa.
