Applying for citizenship and moving to another state

I live in San Jose, CA now and am eligible to apply for citizenship. I might move from California to Washington. Not sure yet about the move. If I submit N400 to California Center now, what process should I go through when I move out of the state? Do I have to ask for transfer of application from California center to Nebraska center?
