K1 Visa Issue!

Hey Folks,

This is my Situation:

My Fiance is in the United States on a B2 Visa, She has a visa for 1 month:

I am in the process of filing for a K-1 Visa.

1. Will it be a problem if i file for an I-94 Extension? (Acceptance or Denial, i have 120 Days Grace period?)

2. If the I-94 Extension gets denied, Will it effect my K-1 Visa Status?

PLEASE ADIVCE, YOUR EXPERTIES IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
I want to take action ASAP before its too late.
