B1 Multiple Entry

Hi

I have a B1 Multiple Entry valid for 10 years from India.
My I94 date is about to expire.
Its not possible to apply for an extension and travel to India is hectic and I have some important training session pending here in USA.
Is it possible to go to some nearby country and come back to USA ?

Just interested.. any pointers will be extremely helpful.
