My wife of 2 weeks lives in Mexico, I live in Texas. Do we just need to fill out the I-130 and I-129F to process her Green Card, or do we also need to fill out her I-485? Thank you.

Read everything at http://www.immihelp.com/visas/kvisa/I-485 is only for people in US. People outside need to do consular processing (immigrant visa) or K3 visa.
