it says on your site that the cover letter should be place after the fc-029? isn't cover letters should be at the very front?

and...

also you mentioned on the filing of I-134 affidavit of support, for K1's or fiance(e) visa, they dont need to answer the "i intend or i don't intend" question anymore? all they have to do is put N/A. please elaborate why?

i already applied for tourist visa b4 3 times and got denied 3 times also, the recent application was jan8, 2006, just this month. will this situation affect the visa??
and do they keep records of your information at the embassy?

2. Because that section is for sponsoring visitor visa.
