My husband applied for my gc along with his.But we did not get it together.He got his atleast 1 year earlier than me.He can apply for his citizenship now Can I apply with him Or do I have to wait till I complete my 5 years? I spent 8 months out of the U.s last year does that break my continuous residence?In that case when can I apply for the citizenship?
