Can I go to U.S.A with the B1/B2 visa processed by one company after resigning.

Hi,

I have B1/B2 visa valid till 2015 with no annotation and with multiple entries. This was processed by my present company. But right now I am changing the company and the new company wants to send me to U.S.A with the same visa. Is this visa valid to travel through other company?
