L1 Eligibility

Hi,
I am applying for L1 Visa through my employer. I am a BSc Mathematic with aroung 10 year of IT experiance, out of which 5 years is with current employer. I am proffesional NIIT'ian from 1991 bratch.
I am also Joined MCA in 1999, cleared 2 semistars and due to overseas appoinment the remaining course is on hold.
I am also member of Project Management Institute (PMI, appearing on Jun Exams for PMP.


Please let me know if I will have any issue in getting L1 Visa.

I mean L1 is L1A or L1B.
