PR needs help

Hey guys.
I got my Canadian PR back in 2002. I live and work in the US at present. But I would like to settle down in Canada now. Do you think there will be any obstacles in doing that? If so how can I overcome them?

To maintain permanent resident status, a person has to live in Canada for atleast 730 within 5 years from the date of landing.

If you donot, you cannot renew PR status.
