I have an Indian Passport and I got my Canadian GreenCard(permenant Resident) a month back.( 6 months I can stay in US )
I got my EB3 I-140(CP) completed and my PD is not Current.
Once my CP is Current, can I go to American Consulate in Canada to do my CP.
