OF230 II question

My wife is on H1-B but for immigration purposes she is my dependent. For her 230II Item # 27:

"Name of the sponsoring person or employer"

what is the correct response? My attorney says it is her employer but I don't think that is correct. Her employer has nothing to do with our immigration which is based purely on my employer.

You should write "Not Applicable".

Nobody is sponsoring her. She is getting just green card along with as your dependant.

That question is mainly for family based cases.
