My bf had interview last week and was told they would call in a week. It has been a Dear Madam:
Thank you for your email inquiry. Your fiancé’s case requires additional administrative processing. As soon as the processing is completed he will be notified.

week and a day this is the letter i got back. Does this mean it is gonna take a while to process. All the paperwork was perfect and he has clean record. What could be the hold up? any suggestions
