EAD for L2 spouse

Hello,

I am on a L1 B visa. I want to know how to get a EAD for my spouse that allows her to work. Can anyone guide me on this and how long it takes and how much does it cost. She is coming here in July, is it possible to apply for EAD before she enter USA or should it be done after only.

EAD cannot be applied in advance without being in US. Application requires I-94 copy, marriage certificate and L1 visa copy.

How many days it takes to get the EAD after applying and
where is and how to apply for that.
How much is the fees for that.

You can apply online after your wife comes, below is the link where u can apply online then send the necessary documents which nishant has told through mail. The Fee's is $185 and it takes minimum 90 days to process
