Marry an Overstay

Hello, I been married to an overstay for about 1 year now. She came here on a B1 visa and never went home. I am a USA citizen and have been to her place many times. What can I do to update her status? What are the options I have to help her get a green card? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have no idea where to go with this..
