hi,
according to the NVC's automated message system my case was forwarded to my consulate(ankara, turkey) on july 10th.
it has been more than a month and my consulate haven't receive the case yet.
1. how long does it take for a consulate to receive the case from the NVC?
2. is the data transfer electronic?
