I have a valid H1 stamped in my passport and I am into my 7th year H1 extenstion.
I want to open a company in India and do some work for it in USA. Can I file for a B1 visa then. I may be the primary owner of the company or I can ask my dad to be that.
Does anyone have any suggestions for this scenario or are there any lawyers here who can help out.
