Reg 1099 Misc

I'm on W2 and my spouse is on 1099 Misc. We are filing as Married & filing Jointly.

My spouse's 1099 income is being showed as business income.
Now the question is...when we file the taxes by mail(not e-filing) should we send the both W-2 and 1099 Misc or just W-2?
