Dear immihelp:
The labor certification had a date of 5/97 [H-1 date] but I had actaully started working for the company from 3/97. On form 0F-230 part I, under employment history, I had put down the date from 3/97. I am scheduled for a late August interview.
According to my attorney, the US consulate will not care if I were working for two months without H-1. But what they may pick up is the mis-representation of documents as I have signed the labor certification application with 5/97 date and OF-230 part I with 3/97 date.
What's your input on this?
