Really Rude Immigration Officers

Hello,
I have just tried to call the USCIS immigration line, and I got some really rude officers. They would hang up on me instead of answering my questions and concerns. :mad: Unfortunately, I didn't get any names, but does someone have any suggestions out there as to who I could contact? This is really ridiculous since they should be just a little bit helpful.

You are calling USCIS Officers..but for what purpose? you should discus your problem here...

Well, unfortunately my problem has to deal with a possibly lost application. I have contacted my congresswoman, and she has her staff investigating into the matter.
I am still planning on sending a letter to the Dept. of Homeland Security along with a letter to my Senator.
I'm going to try and pull as many strings as possible at this point.
