R B1/B2

SO What does this "R" means here?

It just means regular !!

That is correct. "R" stands for "Regular" visitor. It is found in other visas as well (such as F1)

As you have expressed intent to immigrate, your entry on B1/B2 can be denied and you sent back under expedited processing.
