question about COS

Hi,

This is one good question regarding L1 to H1 with COS.

I am from company A on L1 visa.

Is it fine if
company A applies for H1 with COS
Company B applies for H1 with COS
Company C applies for H1 with COS

what will happen if all get approved...

Please advice
