Hello,
This might have been asked question, but I couldn't locate the same. Hence I go with my question.
I have a L1 Visa which is ending by end May. Though current assignment will go for another year or so, I just have to go to India for few weeks on personal and return back in August.
Is there a possibility that I can come back to US with out going to Consulate for another stamping as I heard there is a scheme of renew of US visa.
Also what is the possibility of dropbox in this case as I hold a L1-A Petition and it is valid till 2008.
