Do I need to file N-400 for my child under 14

I got the GC for my child along with mine through Employment based quota.
Now I am ready to file for N-400. Do I need to file it for my child as well or he becomes US citizen automatically after I become US citizen?

Children under 18 get derived citizenship based on th parents becoming citizens. One can apply for passport for the child with appropriate evidence of child's birth certificate and parents naturalization certificates. To obtain a naturalization certificate for the child, use N600 form.
