hi!,
I had applied for PR (skilled) in Dec 2004 and recently i was asked to appear for an immigration interview with the original school certificates, original employment contracts etc on 25th May 2006.
On last friday my USA visa was refused b/c my brother is US citizen and my school will be over in June therefore i will not comeback to Canada.
I am applying agin and would like to know how can im present my self to show my strong ties with canada nd i will not settle down in US just because my brother is in US.
