B1 and H1 at the same time

Hi,
My H1B visa is filed by a US based company in April quota. My current employer does not know about this event. Now my current employer has filed a B1 visa. and interview date is 19/05/2006.

So in the consulate interview, shall I disclose that my H1 visa has also got filed, if there is any question/answer demands me to do so. OR it will be better not to say anything about H1 filing. My H1 interview will be in around nov'06 after I get I-797 doc.

Shall i take the offer letter from US based company with me and reproduce when the sitiuation arises.

I'll really appreciate an early and fast feedback.

Never mention about your H1B for the B1 visa stamping, because you are expected to have pure "non-immigrant" intent for getting B1 visa. And H1B is a dual intent visa which gives you an option of settling down with a green card in the US.
