Extension of B1 visa

I have valid B1 visa that is due to expire in 5weeks. I like to extend my stay I think I need to file I-539 .What do I need to fill min as reason for extension ? do I need any thing else that needs to be filed along with that form.???Thanks

B1 is issued for Business purposes. Therefore, the reason for extension should be more business meetings.
