I have applied N 400 and have my interview next month. My spouse is on H1. What do I need to do to get her a permanent VISA based on my citizenship. We have been married more than 10 years and she has been on H for last 3 years.

Based on your citizenship you can get expedited premanent residency (Green Card) for her. There will not be any waiting for priority date. And after that based on Marriage her waiting period for citizenship will be shorter I believe.
