My wife lives in mumbai, but the K3 visa papers have reached Chennai because we got married in Bangalore.
Couple questions:
1. She is yet to get her packet 3 from the consulate. Chennai has asked her whether she wants processing in Chennai or Mumbai (DS-3098). Which consulate is faster?
2. How long (based on the previous expereince) does it take to get packet 3 and then interview notification in either of the consulates?
