Name on visa last name/given name..Pl advise

Hi,

I got the OCI today..

on VISA where they mention lastname/Given names..
They have mentioned my daughters name as "given name"/lastname.
i.e they swapped the last name and first name.

Is this a problem that needs to be fixed? anyone else who got OCI see the same problem? Is it ok to be like that?

any advice is welcome.
