L1 Transfer

Hello,
1. Is it possible to transfer L1 from company A to company B ?
2. Is it possible to go for H4 stamping while having valid L1 ?
3. Is it possible to convert L1-->H1B (or) L1-->H4

You cant transfer L1 to any other status till you get NOC from L1 petitioner company..Which is impossible to get...

Then, how Can I go about H1 B or Dependent VISA if I have L1 B Visa. Do I need to get it cancelled. Please help in this regard.
