Need Help on L1

Me working for company A and has L1 from the same company. But the company guys are not sending me to US and my visa is valid till next year. Because of this I missed my H1 also.

Is there any way that I can enter US with L1 and start working for company B and later change to H1.

Somebody help me with advices..

I'm sure the Immigration officer will let you in............but you would be misrepresenting and so is therefore illegally entering.............and it would affect you when you apply for the H later on....the L visa is company speicifc....you MUST be coming to work for that company.
