Waiting time for Finger print clearance + AAP for B1 Visa

Attended interview at US Consulate New Delhi few days back for B1 visa but I have got 221 g refusal and officer asked for finger print (with additional fee Rs 4000) and ticked the additional administrative processing option and returned back the passport and Rs 2300 DD.

I would like to know how much time this finger print clearance and AAP will take.
