Hello
Firstly let me explain my situation. I am on b1/b2 visa in usa currently with my I 94 also stamped till 3rd september. My visa expires on 13 september.
I want to be in usa in months of sept, october november. So what should i do
1) return back now and come again in september when my visa is valid like 5th september and and would i get I 94 for atleast 3 months although my visa expires in a week at that time. Can i do this ?
2) or apply for extension from here in us. Though my stay till september would be 6months. Can i get extension after staying on for 6 months.
I have a valid reason to stay in us for months of sept, oct and november.
Which is a safer and more possible option for me ?
