Hi,
I am on H14 Visa. My employer is deducting 'Social security Tax' from the first month of my employment. Now, I am going back to India for good after working for nearly 23 months. I do not plan to return back to the USA. Is there a way that can recover this amount of Social Security Tax that has been deducted.
