HELLO
Is every Indian who pay SSN tax in USA duirng their employment on H1B will get SSN benifit after age 67 or is there any criteria to fullfill this.

No.

You must work for 40 quarters (usually 10 years) to get any benefits at the time of retirement.

But will we get the benefits (worked 10 quarters) at age of 65 if we go back to India ? How we going to claim it from india ? Would they change the laws for the benefit of american citizens later since social security is running out of money ?

medicare tax = 1.45%
total earnings last 8 years = $560,000
SSN + medicare paid = $42,840

When I go back to India for good, can I get that money back? If yes, what is the procedure?

SSN website says indian nationals are elgible for all the benefits.

Check this ssn web site. You need to be working at least 10 years in USA to get retirement benefits.

No, you can not get ssn & medicare tax when you go back to India.
