Does one have to answer all the questions correctly or is there a kinda rule of 4 out of 5 is ok. Or do they ask an easier one if one cannot answer?

Which questions are you referring? The one in the citizenship test? If so, around 7 out 10 is fine.

If you are referring to the application itself, you have to answer everything correctly.

Yes I was referring to the Citizenship questions i.e. about the history etc. of America.
