Urgent Que for Application to extend (I-539)

Hi,

I am applying for my parents application to extend (I-539).
They have old passport which has with visa and the new passport valid till 2015.

Should I send xerox copies of both th epassports or just a xerox copy of the new one? If I do so then they will not be able to see the visa since the new
passport does not have that.
So i am thinking that i should probably send the xexox of the new passport and appned only the xexox visa page from the old passport.

Please advise what should be appropriate.
