Regarding I94

Hi all,

Suppose my application for I94 gets rejected, then my 10 yrs multiple entry visa will also be cancelled or it will still remain active?

I assume you mean your application for extension gets rejected. Your 10 year visa is invalid in that case.

If your I94 rejects , you need to come back .. You can go back to US after some time on the same B1 , you should have valid invitation letter along with you
