Need help! N-400 and N-600 forms

Hi,

I've completed 5 years as PR and applying for the citizenship. My question is, do I need to fill up separate N-400 form for my wife also? That means one for myself and one for my wife?

Also, my son, who was born in India, and completed 5 years as PR with us, do I need to file N-600 now with my application? or this process comes after getting my citizenship?

Please assist me. Thanks in advance.
