I'm posting this thread in current forum for lack of finding a more appropriate forum here.
The fillable India passport form (fresh/renewal case) on immihelp at http://www.immihelp.com/forms/IndiaPassport.pdf is quite different in format from what is available at http://www.indianembassy.org/newsite/instructions.asp#1.
Must I submit a handwritten on the embassy format or can I use the version at immihelp even as its format is different?
Need advise.
