Need urgent help: N-400 part C

Hi All,

Question about N-400 Part-c "If you have ever used other names...."

I need your help here... do I need to mention school name which is little different (only first name) from the one I always use for all legal docs. For eg, xyzrao used on school cert instead of xyz?

Please advice, is it necessary?
