After Fingerpriting What??

Hi All:

I wanted to know what are the procedures after fingerpriting and what is the usual time line for the same. The service center is Texas.

Finger printing was completed on July 15, 06.

Does anybody know how long is it taking for the Texas Service Center to send out interview date?

Is the Citizenship oath given on the same day as the interview date?

It's not the service center - it's the local office. The timeframe depends on how backed up they are. Some take two years, others only three months. It depends on what part of the country you live in.

Is the Citizenship oath given on the same day as the interview date?

Again it depends on the local office. Some have this option some do not.
