Can anyone answer me these questions?
I am going to apply the U.S. Citizenship through marriage (3 years). My husband did not have the IRS transcript tax return for the last 3 years due to the break up with his partners in his consultant company. Will his income tax be problem to my eligible to apply U.S. Citizenship?
However, I have 9 years IRS transcript tax return and the INS only required for my last 3 years transcript tax return.
Can I only send my last 3 years transcript tax return?
(I filed married filling separately in my last 3 years that I have been living with my husband) to U.S. Citizenship application package?
Please help me if you had any experience like this in the past?
