My company wants to me to travel to the United States to participate in business meetings and hold technical discussions with a client in US.
However I was previously refused H1B Type Visa under section 221(g) from US Consulate in Chennai for employment with a prospective employer in US.
I want to appear for B1 visa with my present employer XXXX Tech and decided not to further pursue employment opportunity with prospective US employer.
Any leads on there is a threat that my B1 may get rejected because of H1B being on hold.
