Travel possible

Sorry if a similar thread has been started before:

I have lived here for more than 5 years, haven't left the country for more than 10 days/year, etc...

so my question is, since I already filed for citizenship, will I be able to travel overseas (for 9 days) while my paperwork is being processed?

Yes, you can travel outside the US after submitting the application if you have your Green card. I also did.
