Transfer H1

Hi,

Is it possible to transfer the visa (H1B) without travelling i.e. i have H1 but i have never tranvelled will it be possible that can it be transferred to some other employer and then i can travel for him.

Yes you can,

I have a H1 from another company but its not stamped as I have not left the country as yet, but once I leave I have to get it stamped.
