Queatin about traveling with B1/B2 visa......

Hello Guru's
thank you for your information on my previous post, here i have one more question, as i have the visa type B1/B2 if i travel on my own(not company is sending me) what type of visa do i come under? if its comes under B2 still can be able to convert to H1 or not? please let me know guys......:)

You can't really come own your own for B1 visa as it is for business visa and has to be through an employer (it is possible for self-employed business owners in some cases).
